HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR A NEW ACCOUNT?
On the Home page, click on the 'New Customer' button. Fill in the appropriate details on the pop-up form. Once our New Accounts Representative reviews your account details, they will send you instructions on how to activate your account.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
Follow the instructions on the right for 'Forgot Password'. You will get an email with instructions on how to reset.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By Default, the shipping address on your account will be used as the primary. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?
After logging into your account on the Ecommerce site, within the 'My Account' dropdown menu select 'Search Order'. This will allow you to view your order history, both Open and Closed Orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY iNVOICES?
After logging into your account on the Ecommerce site, within the 'My Account' dropdown menu select 'Search Invoice'. This will allow you to view your Invoice history, both Open and Closed Invoices.
